By purchasing and using our pentest services you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Our platform provides penetration testing engagement management and reporting services. All testing is performed exclusively on targets for which you have provided explicit written authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services: your email address, name, company information, and pentest targets you submit.

Pentest findings and reports are stored securely and accessible only to you and authorised team members. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@msppentesting.com.

You must have explicit, written authorisation from the system owner before submitting any target for testing.

By submitting a target you are legally attesting that you own the system or hold documented permission from the owner to conduct penetration testing.

Critical national infrastructure, government systems, and healthcare systems containing patient data are strictly prohibited regardless of claimed ownership.

We reserve the right to cancel any engagement and suspend any account if a submitted target is determined to be prohibited.

If you discover a security vulnerability in the platform itself, please disclose it responsibly to security@msppentesting.com.

We commit to acknowledging your report within 48 hours and working to remediate confirmed issues promptly.
